Fletcher Players
The Fletcher Players are the drama society of Corpus Christi College. Named after John Fletcher, alumnus of Corpus and Jacobean playwright, their aim is to make theatre as accessible and enjoyable as possible for all members of our college and the university beyond.
They produce up to six shows every term, ranging from new writing to traditional classics, comedy, cutting edge political drama, and even dance. The type of shows staged depend on the interests of the current student body.
The Fletcher Players also have an important role to play in the University drama scene through the Corpus Playroom, a prestigious university venue with a strong reputation for programming exciting and experimental student drama. The Committee are involved in the running of the Playroom, and the programming during student Term.
